There is a manga on this called "doomed to be king" the art is great and the manga too. there are subtle differences between the book and manga but to be honest i'd prefer the manga over the book on this one.

I've starved for 78 chapters! It was 78 before the last wincest chapter and I can tell it will be some time before another one will appear... ?I'm dying! I have been having to read lots of other novels with wincest because this one has been starving me.?
