I read until chapter 119. I know it's premature for me to say anything, but xia jinyuan's attitudes make me EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! How can an ADULT man have actions and thoughts that see ye jian in a sexual way when she is a 14 YEARS OLD TEEN. I have a hard time finding novels that don't sexualize children, I was confident this one would be different. It's a shame because I've grown fond of the characters. Sorry for my bad english and good reading to all.

I see this novel has the t*rt*r* and rape tags. Before I read, I want to know what, why, and how it is portrayed. I hate any form of media that includes stuff like that, but this novel seems really good. I don't care about spoilers just tell it to me straight.

Great take on a well trodden storyline. I tend to get bored with contemporary genre quite fast but this just kept me reading. I like how both showed their vulnerable side and learnt to grow stronger together. Awesome work Author!!

Very interesting story , nice to read but sometimes Alex’s action was not reasonable
