How this novel is connected to Stop, Friendly Fire! and what was earlier?

Such an interesting story! I kinda wanted to see more of the love story but the epilogue was sweet and happy; ang those short stories and conversations were fun. The ending makes me worry about Pei Khan, tho. Is there a 2nd installment for this? LOL

just asking, between 1 to 10 how good is it?
