the Mc in the entire danm novel Allows everyone to walk over him over and over again and he doesn't do anything to it and after like chapter 170 the story is no longer on forging not only that there isn't much background for the world or story then theres the fact that the plot is all over the place for the whole novel

It's good. I like that there are many details about the items that the mc is selling, like some backstory. It means that the author research on those things. So, good job on that author ?? Also, I like how the mc doesn't care about girls that much unlike other stories that when the ml meets a girl, they eventually became a thing. That's stupid, in my opinion.
