Why is there no one translating "kind death god and Jiu Shen" I want two read this two novels

This is the first time I've read a Chinese novel (is this a Chinese novel, right?) but none of the familiar lines come out and no stupid plots that often appear at the beginning until deep in the story, despite the shortcomings of this novel and it's very refreshing for the brain. ..
