Honestly I'm almost done with this novel (I read all of romerus other work so I wanted to try this after putting it off for some months) that's besides the point I don't understand the hate there's some points that you just gotta turn off your brain but those moments are some of the most enjoyable I would say this novel isn't for everyone it may just be for me because I'm a caveman brain (I didn't enjoy lotm) but if you want a good read with tragedy than this is for you (to be honest even with shadow slave only vr has made me do it but this novel made me completely forget my surroundings I was so invested that I forgot what I was doing It's such a amazing novel)
