I recommend you to read BLOOD WARLOCK: SUCCUBUS PARTNER IN THE Apocalypse, it is an improved version of god and Devil world, with better character and world construction, less extreme racism and gender superiority.

he was the ''leftover body'' sorta speak! he came up a decent amount in the beginning and later its explained he is the body and lin yang was the soul

edit: lin yang was hiding for fate basicly and left his body for distraction

[chapter19] He had clearly and truly did disrespectful things to little yifu in his dream.
