Among all medic webnovels I have read, this is somewhat averageThe system is good. It doesn’t parachute mastery of skills in his mind. Which is nice after all the overpowered systemsThe problem is the MC. His diagnostic levels are low yet he is diagnosing patients better than the the attending and chiefs all the time. Since the system says you are low levelled then you can’t simply have him be a Sherlock Holmes level genius simply to do some face slapping. Let him build some character first. I was easily willing to read some common low level doctor-patient incidents first which would help MC get some creditability and then jump to higher standards but this one face slaps the chief of departments inside 60 chaptersThe rest is okay. Some familiar tropes like those who study abroad cannot be as good as the one locally. Some nationality sprinkled here and there. Worth a read if you got nothing else
