Is there any way to contact the author? Don't just let him destroy Madara's personality by letting him become just a regular bad guy who will do anything and team up with other bad guys to oppose the mc. He had a great vision, although it's on the extremity which makes him an antagonist but he's not a villain. Don't just make him a villain please
