Her Lycan Mate - Reviews

I'm going to pick this one back up here. In case you are wondering if you should read this one. It is interesting enough to make you want to read more after each chapter, but there are points where the side characters and villains are more interesting than the MC, and moments where you may wonder why people who are supposed to be so smart keep doing dumb things.

It's a decent story. The author is more modern-minded than a lot of these romance stories are. No outright r@pe although there was some dubious consent with a guy making out with her when she was drunk. Overall it's a little generic. I get tired of all the scheming women trying to take down a white lotus protagonist -- it's so misogynistic. There seems to be a deeper story about the system having some sort of influence over her desires and emotions, and flaking out on her at critical moments. Overall I don't mind seeing where this goes.
