The novel's premise is good! I've had enough of rebirth stories and I'm digging for the hundredth time to find something worth reading for. This might confused you from the start. Tong Yan (M) and Xu Xinduo (F) can exchange bodies, oftentimes when they're willing or a matter of unforeseen circumstances; which they are not in control. The sudden exchange of bodies might be confusing as there's a little bit of warning signs, but you'll get use to it as you read longer.Xu Xinduo is quite aloof, it is due to the fact that exchanging bodies means another personality, hence she perceive close relationship as invaluable, but there are exemptions (of course). Her talents and skills are not overpowered, unlike other Chinese novels that proclaimed as assassins whatsoever; it is even reasonable and adhering to logic.Tong Yan is a typical male lead; a bully, short-tempered, affluent, handsome, lazy, overprotective, and possessive. You might be overwhelmed to the adjectives I used, but his traits are quite commendable and standout among the rest. They are already familiar with each other, so misunderstandings are less and not that frustrating. You know what I mean as an avid reader of Chinese novels that the romance have been dragged until thousands of chapters. This is my first impression so far.
