!Wow over 500 chapters. Is this a never ending book?

It was amazing 5/5 stars until around chapter 100 when it got really confusing. Around 120 it started going sideways, then the main character who started strong turns in to a whiny child. It’s almost like someone else wrote this half. Chapter 180 and it has gone off the rails answering 0 questions

the story is becoming more imteresting but i feel angry everytime i read the new chapter. it is torturing my emotions..

So, did this story end with Rafael declaring his objection to their marriage at the start of the wedding or does it continue in Book 2 with Dinara & Rafael's story? The description shows the book is completed at that cliffhanger.It is really confusing.The intended object of the story sold hv bn clr.
