Dammit, I'm not a PK! - Reviews

I was hopeful for this novel I thought awesome he is going to use his knowledge of 20+ years to become stronger faster than anyone and master the dao. But no its clunky the plot if for lack of a better word stupid and boring. The overall plot outline is good but the execution is terrible. He comes off like an idiot in the first chapter when you learn he is eating a chicken he stole he see a girl rather than acting like a normal 20+ year old person and asking would you like some. He tells her (knowing almost nothing about this world mind you) to **** off. Then later talks about his maturity and knowledge WHAT. Then the author spends 15 odd chapters fucking around till something interesting happens and you think okay now hes going to become powerful and fight for his family or something nope nothing. He back his character into a corner saying if anyone see him do something amazing they will think he is posses or crazy. WTF. Very boring and disappointing.

This is a fiction that matures like wine over time. It isn't something you can get a real feel for by reading the first few chapters. I know that might scare some people because investing in a story can be a serious commitment, but if you give the story a bit more of your time, you will realize how amazing the story is and it only gets better the more you read. Some fictions just get worse as the story continues, not this one!

"Tami, get off! You're heavy and stop jumping on me like that!" Sonia complained while trying to get off of the girl's bearhug. What she did was the opposite.

"That's impossible, no one has that much destructive power!" hal stated as he watched a smiling Barda.

"I have to supervise everything. Heng, please take her away from here." She ignored Xie Ying Yue's protest, using her strength to pass her sister over to her fiancé. Before she could be securely taken by Murong Heng, a pained groan filled the room.

During Ling ling's kindergarten and elementary school  she had many friends but know she doesn't even talks to anyone other than Ye Ming.

So much to do, so much to see

Took a while to finally get into the story but now I'm hooked to it. I can't wait to see the obstacles Aiden would face and how he'll overcome them.
