After we got set up in one of the cabins, I decided to go check out the forest. I walked for a while, and finally encountered a large barrier that was pulsing with strange blue power. I pressed it, and it resisted at first, but gave way and let me pass through. I continued walking and found the edge of the forest. I peeked out of the forest and found, surprisingly, a summer camp. But this camp was strange, as there were people having sword fights, people using strange plant magic or something, and even strange greenish people waking In and out of trees. I cautiously walked towards the big house in the center, and knocked on the door, which opened up to reveal a centaur and a dude who looked like he wanted alcohol. The centaur looked at me strangely, as if curious. "What's your name, boy?" He asked. "Alexios, sir" I replied, almost stuttering."Greek name" the centaur mumbled, thinking I wouldn't hear him. "I don't remember you being in this camp." He sounded slightly suspicious. "That's what I'm here to ask about. What is this camp, and what's with these strange people?" I asked, slightly resting the bounds of what I could ask."Well, dear child, if you're new here, could you tell me which satyr brought you?" He asked, no longer very suspicious. I replied "No one brought me here, I just felt a desire to come, and found this place" I was only 14, in my first year of high school, so I could still act decently innocent. The centaur looked shocked, as if this never happened before, then calmed back down."I can't be here long though, my parents are just through the forest at Montauk." I told him. "It will be fine, we can use the Mist to make them think you were never gone." He told me. Looks like things are gonna get interesting very soon. "If that's the case, can you show me around, this place looks interesting" I asked. "I cannot, but I know someone who can. Annabeth, can you show him around, please" a girl about 12-13 years old walked in. I could see a slight blush on her face from looking at me. Guess the appearance stat really works."Hello, my name is Annabeth Chase, what's yours?" "Alexios Deimos, and nice to meet you , Annabeth" I flashed a smile, which unbeknownst to me, would make girls blush like crazy because of the enhanced appearance. She immediately blushed crimson"Nice to meet you too, follow me"
