TRIGGER WARNING! Chapter 578 (end) and 579 (beginning) have a realistic description of a pet (dog) death. I love animals, and found this disturbing. A warning or alert would have been nice :-( As for the story itself, it is very long and not realistic, but it's a fantasy world so it is what it is.
