First of all, props to the translators for working through the medical terms and all that. It must definitely not be easy.As for the novel, 'meh' is really all I can say. The author gets a thumbs up for daring to create a medical novel, that's brave and must have done some extensive research, but the execution of characters and story development leaves much to be desired. The MC is rather uninteresting and the "harem" feels like plot fillers (aka unnecessary and dull).

This is not a review,perhaps?Lol i just want to recommend this story .It has a great potential ,Not overpowered at all but still the protagonist had enough of power to beat bad guys and tame beauty(ies?)As the MC is growing up the flow also make every chapters become interesting.

Great story so far I like how you describe the beginning, like we were watching the begining of Like a movie or something, you do really good on showing how the character feels and acts, the only mistakes I can see are some minor spelling ones, so keep up the hard work and I hope to reed more of this!

A unique concept like reincarnation but done in a different way, most reincarnation novels only reincarnate the soul but this novel practically scarp that and gave the stale concept a refreshing touch. The system interaction with the MC is kind of like in the novel monster hunter where the system isn't dull or boring. A great concept and a great novel if executed correctly.

Honest review here! I actually enjoyed reading it ehehehhe~Well first, the writing is amazing, it's smooth and easy to follow :3 I like to imagine the scene happening as I read huehehehFor update stability, full stars since I know writing needs a lot of effort, and it's not that easy to always update everyday ehehehAnd about story, although some might complain that the pacing is slow, but well in my opinion, the daily life adds extra layers to the character. Like we can learn how they think and act that way, which I like. And even though it's not jam-packed with actions and what-not, we can still clearly see where the plot is going, so i kinda like it still :3For characters though, not much to say from meee, because I personally care more about the personality and how they act, compared to how they look. That being said, even though I prefer the side characters more because the MC is ahem, maybe spoiler-ish idk, pretty perverted. That's only my opinion, but in a way, that's good because it's more humane to have flaws, and flaws are characteristics, too. I look forward to seeing more flaws since right now he's being portrayed as a genius hard-worker who got the highest score and a good sum of money and a deep-thinker, while his flaw right now is just... Perversion? The thing that kinda made me wonder, though, is that sometimes the MC acts weird, but that's probably going to be explained later. Like how he was sooo desperate to chase after the thief because that game was extremely important to him, but then stopped to listen to the thief's story. I mean, sometimes people do that, but when you're at a risk of getting something extremely important to you, i think most people would just leave rather than risk getting sneak attacked or ambushed by the thief's friends, idk? Prolly I'm just being picky ahahaha--World background is pretty okay, it's a virtual reality game and it's exciting, but I think I still need to read more to fully understand it ehehehe since I haven't read too much, and so far I think it's just like, well, a VR game :3Great work, author~

This is a good story, I really like the writing. At first I thought maybe it wasn't really for me, but it kept me hooked up after a few chapters ! Waiting anxiously for the next chapter !

Definitely another hidden gem. This novel is beyond flawless and contains a very commendable writing style. The author's wording is incredibly poetic but not difficult to understand. The transitions at times are a bit confusing but it got clearer the more I read when I got to understand the flow. The novel overall is worth the time to read ?
