It's kind off a spoiler but the bigger picture was kind of like a end game kind of thing that all of humanity was working towards. Although not everyone got the full detail, everyone was expected to play their part.
Wonderful book about second chances in life. Austin proved himself worthy. It made me happy that he and Lexi got the HEA they deserved. 10/10 highly recommended
