There’s nothing romantic about this book. She doesn’t get any vengeance or win. The husband doesn’t grow, or become a better person. The family isn’t supportive & tells her to be nice to the mistress. This should come with a warning for verbal/emotional/physical abuse or bad divorce sufferers.
