A handmade suitcase about eighty centimeters long and forty centimeters wide, made from peeled willow branches with a handle and two clasps. The lid was lined with unknown paper. Yan Xiao packed it entirely with Wen Qinghe's clothes, toiletries, face basin, towels, and snacks for their journey.
