Fine wheat flour borrowed from Lu Changfa (five jin) and First Uncle (seven jin) for hosting guests and helpers. Also contributed by relatives as housewarming gifts. Used to make noodles, scallion pancakes, chive dumplings, and eggplant noodles with savory sauce.
