Fragments of a talisman found in Ng Mei Yan's handbag and later in the right hand of victim Yiu Chun Fai. The fragments in Ng Mei Yan's bag were damaged, possibly by long-term seawater exposure. The zipper of her handbag was intact, making the missing fragments suspicious. Their origin and purpose remain unclear.
