A severe storm the night before devastated many households in Hongxing Brigade, ripping off numerous roofs. The Educated Youth Camp in Fengjia Village was the worst hit, with old houses leaking, flooded, and temporarily uninhabitable. Everyone evacuated in time with no injuries.
