A new pan-fried bun product developed by Su Qingyan. The bottom is pan-fried to a golden crispy crust while the top is steamed soft. The secret is pork aspic inside that melts into broth when heated, creating a burst of juice. Initially named 'Meatball Pan-Fried Buns' before getting a proper name from Shen Yan.
