A whole chicken prepared by Qiao Huan using a secret marinade with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, green onions, ginger, garlic, and honey. It was tied to a wooden pole and roasted slowly for almost two hours until crispy outside and tender inside. Given to Lei Ting and Jian Ying.
