Xiaohu, a six-year-old boy, got a cramp while swimming in the river without adult supervision. Lin Yiran dove in to save him but was nearly drowned when Xiaohu clung to her tightly. Xiao Ziyi jumped in from the opposite bank and helped rescue both of them. Yiran's period had also started during the incident.
