Red silk ribbons provided by the abbot of Qingshan Temple, on which Yun Mu Jing wrote blessings and hung them on a tree. She stayed up all night under the tree praying for Mo Han Zhao's safe return. The red silk became a symbol of her hopes and eventual disappointment as days passed without Mo Han Zhao appearing.
