A handmade bookmark given by Ji Qingyang to Jiang Wanwan. It consists of a dried pansy pressed between two sheets of clear cellophane with a thin red ribbon tied to the top. The cellophane is perfectly flat from being pressed for a long time. When held up to light, it shimmers with shades of green and purple. Jiang Wanwan treasures it as a badge of honor proving she is doing something right as a teacher.
