A tea brewed from peppermint leaves plucked from the small backyard of Taoyuan Residence. Shen Zhengze preferred this over floral tea, finding the latter slightly too sweet and light. The peppermint supply was running low due to winter growing conditions and Jiang Mo's frequent use of it for seasoning and tea.
