A precious jade clasp carved from mutton-fat white jade, flawless and pure, smooth and warm to the touch. The front features an entwined lotus motif; the back bears a tiny character Jing. It was given by Crown Prince Xie Chengyuan to Su Ran through his servant Bei Ye as a token of protection, allowing her to seek his aid at the Eastern Palace if she ever faces difficulties. It was given in gratitude for Su Ran's past favor to Marquis Yong'an.
