A rebellion at Lingxuan Gate set off by the Prince of Xishan. The explosion jolted Jiang Nong and Yu Lingxin awake at night. The Golden Guard trapped the Prince of Xishan outside the city, who then committed suicide. His head was severed and brought to the palace, presented at court, which made the ministers feel new wariness toward Yu Lingxin.
