The final round was self-chosen, winner-takes-all. Held at Jinming Pool with Liu Steward as head judge. Su Qingyan won the Grand Prize for Su Ji Tavern, defeating Wang Defu's Nine-Turn Intestines with her minimalist dishes. The winning dishes were to be served at the Lantern Festival feast.
