A sweet dish made by Jiang Mo using wild honey, flour, and roasted white sesame seeds. The dough is rolled into slender strips, braided in three strands, deep-fried until golden and crispy, then coated in honey water and dusted with sesame seeds. Both Iris and Shen Zhengze enjoy them greatly. Shen Zhengze finishes an entire plate despite preferring non-sweet flavors.
