A plot to frame Ji Junjiao by trapping Qin Buwen in a side hall filled with aphrodisiac incense. Palace maids guarded the door while another conspirator planned to lure the Grand Secretary into the room. Qin Buwen discovered the scheme, played along, and waited for Ji Junjiao to take the bait. The plan succeeded when Ji Junjiao entered and more incense was blown into the room.
