A cylinder-shaped device with English letters and tail fins, over twenty centimeters in diameter and a meter and a half long, with two-thirds buried in mud and sand on the reef. Han Xiaorui identified it as a seabed reconnaissance device deployed by a foreign country and reported it to the police. It was investigated by Ye Feng's military team.
