Su Qingyan's pastry masterpiece, also called Eight Views cakes or Ding Sheng cakes. Eight tiny cakes each depicting a miniature scene of Bianjing with dry ice mist. Included Jinming Pool at Dawn made of golden millet with saffron scent, and Zhou Bridge. Described as having no cheap fragrances, only natural aroma of grains and vegetables.
