An oral decree issued by Empress Dowager Yi targeting veteran consorts in the harem. It orders pregnant concubines to be demoted by three ranks (or reduced to commoners and sent to the Imperial Temple for purification if they have no rank to lose). It resulted in three concubines being grounded for three months.
