A dish of steamed cow brain brought by Zhou Sumei to Qin Nian, based on the traditional belief that like nourishes like and that eating cow brain might help Commander Xie recover from his head injury. The cow brain was cooked without any seasoning and reeked heavily. Qin Nian took it into her special space and reworked it, using steaming with her space enhancement to remove the foul odor and make it appetizing. It was intended as a medicinal food to help Xie Zhengnian recover his memory.
