A plan by Wei Shufen and Jin Sen to start a breakfast stall in town on market days. The menu includes pancakes (sweet and savory), vegetable dumplings, vegetable buns, mantou (steamed buns), youtiao (fried dough sticks), and twisted rolls. Jin Miao's past-life experience running a breakfast business inspired the idea.
