Binfen Company sued Qibao seeking to reclaim trademark ownership. The lawsuit was accepted and filed by the court. Summons were mailed to Qibao. Li Zhi was sent as part of the legal proceedings. This was part of Zhang Shan's scheme to destroy Qibao's comeback.
