A proposed factory that Lin Sui is considering starting with support from Zhou Chiye. Zhou Chiye introduced her to experienced figures from the bamboo and timber industry. He offered to help apply for government project grants and subsidies as long as it doesn't violate policy. Lin Sui brought up her vow partly to test how much real support Zhou Chiye would offer for this factory.
