A maliciously written letter reporting Ning Qiao, which was the central conflict of the chapter. It was ghostwritten by Ji Long's younger sister and slipped under Principal Yuan's door. Ji Long's motive was to prevent Ning Qiao from becoming a Chinese language teacher so that Fu Qianran would get the position, allowing Ji Long to work near her. The letter was initially blamed on Fu Qianran, but Ning Qiao exposed Ji Long as the true author.
