An armored soldier and supervisor at the garrison, also referred to as Lin Gui. He is petty-minded with a heart as narrow as a needle's eye. He paid a hundred taels of silver for his Zongqi position and hadn't earned it back yet. He cracked his whip and shouted at the workers but dared not actually strike anyone for fear of punishment from superiors if the rice harvesting was not completed on time.
