Son of Zhou Mingfang, a martial artist known as the Heavenly Axe of Taojiang. He fought in a martial match at Mingyue Tower against an unnamed swordsman. Pei Nai threw a sunflower seed at his axe to help his opponent win. He has old grievances with Pei Nai's family.
