Also referred to as Zhou Shilang, he is the Vice Minister of War and a follower of Prince Jin. He arrived at the Zheng residence with his entire family for the betrothal celebration. His youngest daughter is betrothed to Zheng Shirong. He was bewildered by Prince Jin's sudden appearance at the Zheng family event.
