Also known as Deputy Magistrate Zhou. A yamen official who participated in the bandit suppression. He found the small amount of treasure in the stronghold illogical and planned to interrogate the captured bandits to learn the treasure's whereabouts. He is described as incompetent, inactive, and timid, preferring to avoid trouble.
