Also called Zhou Dalang or Brother Zhou, a merchant from the Zhou family who previously escorted Lin Yue's group from Zishan Village to Mayang Village. He now works hauling goods with an ox cart. He brought news of drought and refugees from neighboring Jiangxia Prefecture, as well as reports of peasant uprisings. He praised Lin Yue's liangfen and accepted liangfen to deliver to Auntie Li.
