A mute Daoist-robed figure with the face of an upright man. He was a spy planted by Feng Hui inside the Bureau of Tribulation Transference for two centuries. He is exceptionally good at sign language, including cursing and spreading rumors. He escorted Li Changsheng back to the Bureau via painted boat and casually revealed his cover when introduced by Feng Hui.
