Zheng Tingwei, also called Lord Zheng, is a male minor character who serves the Crown Prince. He followed Cui Yingshi right after he arrived in Ruyang Commandery, which Cui Yingshi found suspicious. Prefect Qi had long known he is the Crown Princes man.
