Prefect of Yanzhou, a second-rank official. He hoarded massive amounts of grain in the Yanzhou granaries while claiming the region had no food for disaster relief. He conspired with Zhu Chengyi, offering grain only in exchange for silver and political favor. When arrested by Gu Changyun, he protested that Gu had no authority over him since both were second-rank officials, but was gagged and taken away. His crimes included deceiving the emperor and harming disaster victims.
