An official of Mingshui County who colluded with Wanhua Tower and Hu Tianmao. He had Li Suisui forcibly taken from Shigang Village under false charges of assault and framing others, claiming she would be imprisoned but instead sending her to Wanhua Tower as a gift to Hu Tianmao. He had been obstructing Magistrate Zheng's efforts for over a year through collusion with local merchants and officials. Li Suisui formally reported him to Commissioner Lin.
